First, we went to the big box stores, but I wasn’t happy with their products or manner of doing business. So, I started looking for local companies and found HLM Garage Doors & More, LLC. I made a phone call and spoke with the owner, Farren, and made an appointment for him to come out. He was there at the appointed time. He went over their options for garage doors to replace our existing doors and placed the order. He even looked over our lift motors and decided they didn’t need replacement and would work with our new doors. The day of the installation went smoothly. The install tech was courteous and professional and worked in a garage that was approaching 96 degrees during the afternoon. The installation went well, and by late afternoon, we had beautiful and functional garage doors that added insulation and curb appeal. They were able to come out and fix our door the same day we called. He was very polite and took off his shoes before walking through our house to get to the garage. He also checked everything else, tightened up the chain, and lubed everything up. He only recommended that we consider replacing one part—I appreciate his honesty, as he didn’t tell us we should probably replace everything! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

I’ve had the best experience with this company! They were able to come out the day after I called and completed everything I needed (which was quite a bit) quickly, and their prices were more than comparable to the other places I called! I ended up reaching out to them again a few months later for a completely different issue that I figured they could give me a referral for, and to my surprise, yet again, they came through!
